Salary Range: $60,000 To $72,000 Annually

This position is responsible for guiding and supporting franchisees in the opening, remodeling, and maintenance of their salons to ensure they have all the necessary information, approved equipment, furniture/fixtures, products, services and supplies to open and operate their salons within Great Clips’ standards.

Your Mission

On your journey, you will face challenges such as:

  • Coordinate and provide direction to timely and efficient development of floor and ceiling plans for new salons and remodeling existing ones.
  • Ensure all plans are developed and salons are built out within Great Clips, Inc. design, and customer service standards and to local municipal code.
  • Manage project milestones to track progress, coordinating internal resources and external vendor partners.
  • Coordinate the purchase of salon equipment, fixtures, signage, and supplies as assigned.
  • Ensure the accurate and timely delivery of these products relative to the project schedule and that all orders and related documentation are prepared within Great Clips Inc.’s policies and customer service standards.
  • Maintain all salon communications and developments as directed, within the CRM database, and other methods, for all salons as assigned.
  • Act as a resource and consultant to the franchisees.
  • Collaborate with Operations on all Facility Reviews and current standards.
  • Support vendor management through engagement, process, and procedures to establish consistent and reliable routines to support the business.
  • Demonstrate the ability to listen, earn trust, and accept direct feedback from vendors and franchisees while building strong, positive relationships.
  • Ensure accurate reporting, including gaining ERP system familiarity, to fulfill ad hoc requests and coordinate with Accounting to ensure data integrity concerning customer orders and balances,  including the research and creation of corrective credit memos, account balance refunds, balance verification for Legal approvals, customer bill-backs and write-off’s following existing policies.
  • Ability to listen, earn trust, and accept direct feedback from franchisees while building strong, positive relationships.

Your Expertise

To land this job you will need to demonstrate, and/or possess the following:

  • Minimum of one to three years’ experience required in purchasing/inventory or project coordination, or a combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge.
  • Knowledge and skill in the use of personal computers and related software for the preparation of reports, documentation, and accounting functions of sales orders, and purchase orders.
  • Written and verbal communication skills to initiate professional and effective contact with internal and external customers. Strong organizational skills.
  • Understands space planning for architectural drawings with compliance to Great Clips standards.

Your Work Environment

This is a hybrid work position requiring a combination of in-office workdays and the option to work from home on the remaining days. Working remotely will require reliable, secure internet.
