Assistant Managers assist in day-to-day operations such as draw counts, daily deposits, overseeing the salon floor and by being a role model to the other stylists. Qualifications for this position are to have a NH state issued Cosmetology or Barber License, proficiency in all haircuts and styles, the flexibilty to work 1 weekend day and 2 closing shifts, a positive attitude, and eagerness to be part of a team. Hourly base wage plus bonuses give you the potential to earn $20-$30 an hour.
