Opportunity
Salary Range: $62,000 To $72,000 Annually
The Opportunity
This position is responsible for assisting in the development, maintenance, and flow of information about systems used within the department and company. This position is also responsible for the timely and effective coordination of Operations processes, communications, and reporting.
Your Mission
On your journey, you will face challenges such as:
- Support training and create process tools for internal processes and make them available to corporate employees through shared toolboxes on One Drive, Teams, and Shared Drives.
- Coordinate quarterly salon recognition.
- Collaborate with the Marketing department to develop and distribute annual Brand Measure campaign materials.
- Create, maintain, and update salon data for Operations within INsite+ to ensure accurate and current business information.
- Design and maintain PowerPoint presentations that effectively communicate Great Clips objectives, strategic goals, and operations metrics.
- Maintain the list of co-op and small market leadership and aid in the support of market leadership meetings to include creating decks, compiling agendas, running Zoom for virtual meetings, and other tasks as needed.
- Content development partner and producer for meetings and workshops such as Manager/Franchisee Meetings, Growing GREAT Together Workshops, and other meetings and events supported by the department.
- Track salon operating hours compliance, as needed.
- Maintain salon closure report ensuring accurate information provided from Real Estate and Operations departments and coordinate monthly posting and distribution.
- Coordinate information for monthly market expansion meetings.
- Participate in internal task teams and committees, as assigned.
- Create and distribute department communications and maintain an archive for access by corporate staff.
- Maintain current and accurate process documentation for the position.
- Process department compliance reports, PGPs, and Facility Reviews.
- Duties and tasks assigned by Operations Directors and Operations Managers, as needed
- Ability to listen, earn trust, and accept direct feedback from franchisees while building strong, positive relationships.
Your Expertise
To land this job you will need to demonstrate, and/or possess the following:
- Two years of post-secondary business education, or equivalent experience, and three to five years of progressively responsible experience supporting operational processes, technical documentation, and process development initiatives.
- Demonstrated knowledge and skill in using application software such as Word, Excel, and Power Point; Zoom experience preferred.
- Skill of using the features of a database program and store data and selectively retrieving information from it.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to initiate professional and effective contact with salons, franchisees, corporate staff, vendors, etc.
- Ability to edit documents using proper grammar, spelling, syntax, punctuation, and sentence structure.
Your Work Environment
This is a hybrid work position requiring a combination of three in-office workdays and the option to work from home on the remaining days. Working remotely will require reliable, secure internet.
