Trainers provide high level service and expertise in delivering training to salon team members while staying updated on the latest hair trends and styling methods. This position requires good interpersonal and conversational skills along with the ability to build rapport with trainees and have genuine care for their improvement individually and as a team.

Qualifications include but not limited to:
-Current Cosmetology or Barbers Licensed in the state of Missouri
-Able to execute the six fundamental hair cuts proficiently
-Possess excellent customer service skills and ability to Lead
-Great Clips trained
-Be available three days a month for training sessions

• Recommend necessary and productive changes or improvements
• Keep up to date on hairstyle trends and styling methods

Qualifications

• Creative mindset and a good eye for design
• Ability to communicate with trainees and provide mentorship
• A current and valid cosmetology or barber's license. (Licensing requirements vary by state/province)
• Great Clips® brand believer and experience is a plus.
