The Stylist Growth Summit Giveaway (the “Promotion”) is sponsored by Great Clips, Inc., 4400 W. 78^th Street, Suite 700, Minneapolis, Minnesota 55435 (“Great Clips” or “Sponsor”).

 

Promotion Period

The Promotion will take place during the live Stylist Growth Summit webinar held on Sunday, March 29, 2026, from 3:00-4:00 p.m. Central Time (the “Event”). Eligible entries will be accepted only during the live broadcast of the Event (the “Promotion Period”).

 

Eligibility

The Promotion is only available to individuals who:

• Are legal residents of the United States or Canada
• Are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry
• Hold an active cosmetology or barber license in their jurisdiction

The following individuals are not eligible to participate or win:

• Individuals currently employed or working in a Great Clips salon franchise
• Employees of Great Clips, Inc.
• Employees of vendors, agencies, or partners involved in administering the Promotion
• Immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling) and household members of any of the above

Void where prohibited by law.

 

How to Enter

To enter the Promotion, participants must complete the Great Clips Careers Talent Community sign-up form during the Promotion Period and opt in to receive communications.

Only new Talent Community registrations submitted during the Promotion Period are eligible entries. 

Limit one (1) entry per person. Multiple or duplicate entries may be disqualified at Sponsor’s discretion.

Entry into the Promotion does not create any employment relationship with Great Clips and does not guarantee consideration for employment.

 

Prizes

Four (4) total prizes will be awarded:

• Two (2) professional cutting shears by Superior Shears (approximate retail value $250 each)
• Two (2) professional clipper sets by Caliber Clippers (approximate retail value $250 each)

 

Maximum one (1) prize per person.

Total approximate retail value (ARV) of all prizes: $1,000.

Prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

 

Winner Selection

Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

The drawing will occur during the live Event. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Potential winners may be announced verbally during the Event.

 

Winner Notification

Potential winners will be notified via the email address provided in their Talent Community registration.

Official winner communication and prize fulfillment will occur only through email sent from careers@greatclips.com. 

A selected winner must respond within twenty-four (24) hours of the notification email and may be required to confirm eligibility and provide information necessary for prize delivery. If a selected winner does not respond within the required timeframe, cannot be verified as eligible, or provides incomplete or inaccurate contact information, Sponsor may select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries.

 

Canadian Entrants

If a selected winner is a resident of Canada, the individual may be required to correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question as a condition of receiving the prize.

 

Prize Fulfillment

Prizes will be delivered after winner verification using the contact information provided at registration. Sponsor is not responsible for emails that are undeliverable or filtered by spam or security settings.

 

Privacy

Information collected in connection with this Promotion will be used by Sponsor in accordance with the Great Clips Privacy Notice and may be used for recruiting communications and related purposes.

 

General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, or undelivered entries or communications.

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, franchisees, employees, and agents from any liability arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance or use of any prize.
