Salon Positions:

Receptionist

  • Compensation Range: $12.56 to $14.77 per hour
  • Potential Benefits: Medical, Dental, 401(k), Life Insurance, Employee Assistance Program, Loan Assistance, License Renewal Reimbursement

Hair Stylist

  • Compensation Range: $12.56 to $17.50 per hour
  • Optional Potential Incentives: productivity, product sales, customer returns
  • Potential Benefits: Medical, Dental, 401(k), Life Insurance, Employee Assistance Program, Loan Assistance, License Renewal Reimbursement, Paid time off
  • Customer Tips: May also receive payment of discretionary customer tips, which can apply to minimum wage requirements as permitted under applicable law.

Assistant Manager

  • Compensation Range: $13.77 to $19.50 per hour
  • Optional Potential Incentives: productivity, product sales, customer returns
  • Potential Benefits: Medical, Dental, 401(k), Life Insurance, Employee Assistance Program, Loan Assistance, License Renewal Reimbursement, Paid time off
  • Customer Tips: To the extent performing hair styling services, may also receive payment of discretionary customer tips, which can apply to minimum wage requirements as permitted under applicable law.

Manager

  • Compensation Range: $15.00 to $22.40 per hour

Any information you provide in connection with these positions will be provided directly to the franchisee, not Great Clips, Inc.  You must communicate directly with the franchisee who will conduct the entire hiring process. Great Clips® franchisees are independent contractors and are solely responsible for the day-to-day operation of their Salons – including, the final determination of compensation, incentives, and benefits for their respective employees.  As such, each Franchisee solely controls all aspects of his or her employment practices and policies.
