This position is responsible for the maintenance and accuracy of accounting records and budgeting process, in addition to providing research, data, and analysis to support the business decisions of the organization.

Your Mission

  On your journey, you will:

• Be responsible for the continuing operation of the Great Clips Gift Card Program. You will assist franchisees with set-up, questions, and issues related to the program. Provide back-end support for gift card adjustments or replacements.  Maintain accurate franchisee demo files with gift card vendor, SVS.  Prepare internal Great Card Promotion push files for SVS gift card distribution.  Perform accounting journal entries and provide analysis related to gift card sales and redemptions, assist in fraud protection measures, and aid in policy and procedures.   
• Lead the Fixed Assets function using the Sage Fixed Asset System to ensure accurate recording of assets, assets in process, and depreciation for internal and tax books. Prepare schedules, reports, and general ledger entries related to monthly depreciation, disposals, and like-kind exchanges.

Our corporate headquarters are in Bloomington, MN. Our approach to work environment focuses on the balance between teamwork and flexibility which means that you have the choice to work predominately remote (besides four monthly in office Connection Days or department meetings as necessary) or in the office based on your personal needs. Our office has lots of natural light, hydraulic desks for standing or sitting and many other amenities, so we are sure you will enjoy your office time as much as working remotely.

This is a Home Office position in which you will work a standard 40 hours a week schedule where you may sit and look at a computer screen for extended periods.  Additional hours may be required during month and year end close, and other occasional busy periods throughout the year.  There may be opportunity to travel once or twice a year to meetings and conferences.
