Join our team and you have the potential to achieve massive career growth as a well-compensated Area Manager, responsible for overseeing several salon locations in the Plymouth area! Our Area Managers lead by example and are behind the chair serving guests at least 32 hours a week and completing other administrative or managerial tasks approximately 8-10 hours a week.

Do you enjoy leading teams, setting goals, managing payroll budgets/schedules, and coaching stylists new to the industry? Are you good at developing other leaders, multitasking, and communicating with a variety of different personalities? Are you accountable and able to solve problems? Then this is the role for you!

Stevens Great employs some of the highest earning salon professionals in the industry. We provide an unlimited number of clients willing to wait for great service and consistent haircuts. As an Area Manager you will be responsible for the operational aspects of multiple teams with 20-30 stylists under your direction.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Cosmetology or Barber license
• If your license is INACTIVE, we will help you reactivate!
