Great Clips® believes in the future of the hair industry and is proud to offer over $100,000 total in scholarships to students each year! Future stylists and barbers across the United States and Canada are invited to apply to receive a tuition scholarship valued at up to $5,000 each to help launch their dreams.

Apply for the Great Scholarship Program - it’s easy!

Step One: Write your original essay response to the following question:

What is exciting to you about a career in the cosmetology or barbering industry? Why?

Step Two: Submit your application by completing the form on this page and uploading your essay.

When you complete this form, your information also will be added to the Great Clips® Talent Community. You will receive emails with trends, educational tips, and industry news. Important Dates:

Spring scholarship application period: September 2 – March 1. Recipients notified by no later than April 30.

Fall scholarship application period: March 2 – September 1. Recipients notified by no later than October 31.

If you are selected for a scholarship, a representative from Great Clips, Inc. will contact you. If you are not chosen for one award period, you may reapply for the next period if you maintain eligibility.
